4. Whole (wheat, rye, oats etc.) bread
If you are looking for the most healthy bread variety, whole grain bread would be your best bet. Such breads helps you to extend satiety, they are also rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. Be careful: a statement “whole grain (wheat, rye…)” on the packaging or label does NOT necessarily mean that the product is 100% whole grain. It simply indicates that it contains whole grain!
